A little bit about Rex

Rex is the most handsome man you will ever lay your eyes on, and he'll treat you right as well.

Sweet Rex has been well looked after in his past home and has come to the shelter through no fault of his own. He's looking for the best hoomans he can find to give a middle aged man everything he needs.

Rex is a big sweetie but he may take some time to warm up to you at first. While he's a super smart boy and has lots of fun tricks under his doggy belt, once he warms up sometimes he just can't contain his excitement so he can be a bit jumpy! We recommend he goes to a home with older kids where he won't accidentally knock over any little ones.

He absolutely loves going for a walk and he's such a good boy when out and about! He's more than happy to take a stroll down the block or along the beach and soak up some sun and fresh air.

Once the walkies and playtime are finished for the day this big snuggler will lean in for a cuddle and curl up on the couch with you for some well deserved nap time.

You won't find a better best friend than Rex, though he may take some time to warm up, you will never not feel loved!
