A little bit about Afi

Everybody please meet the bundle of joy that is Afi!

This sweet girl first came into the shelter at the end of last year as a puppy with her littermates. She found a lovely home but unfortunately, they are no longer able to care for her so she is searching for a second chance at forever with a new family.

Afi provides the staff with endless laughs as she loves to bounce around our recreation yards and be super goofy and silly. She is incredibly gentle and also knows how to sit when asked.

Afi's previous adopters have let us know that she can sometimes bark unnecessarily and has occasionally chewed things around the home. She has also sometimes enjoyed digging in their backyard. As long as she gets plenty of exercise and extra enrichment activities - think snuffle mats, interactive puzzle toys, lick mats & hide and seek toys - you will likely see a reduction in these types of behaviours.

Afi is suitable for secondary school-aged children and may be okay with a doggy sibling, pending a successful meet and greet here at the shelter.

Afi is just a big puppy at heart who can't wait to go home to a fun, loving home and wants you to come into the shelter ASAP to meet her!!!
