A little bit about Max

Meet Max!

This sweet boy was surrendered to the shelter after his owner could no longer care for him and he is finding it very stressful.

Max has been pretty shut down whilst he is here, showing us that he is pretty uncomfortable with handling, and has not had any training, he does not have any basic skills, but he is working hard to start learning these whilst in our care.

Max approaches life with caution, we are not sure what he has been through, but we need a home that is quiet, calm, and will help build his confidence with love, and ongoing force-free training.

Max would be suitable to go home with another dog, especially a confident one that will help show Max the ropes.

Being a husky, Max has lots of energy and hopes his new family will involve him with lots of activities!

Max hopes he can go into his forever home soon!
