A little bit about Slick Rick

Introducing one of our shelter favourites, Slick Rick!

Slick Rick, or Ricky for short, came into the shelter quite unsure of us. He would steer clear of hoomans and be a little shy in new environments. However with LOTS and LOTS of TLC and patience, he has turned into the goof ball we knew he always was.

Slick Rick is unable to control his excitement around his favourite hoomans and is still working on the all paws on the ground rule. He would thrive with some positive and force-free training in his home so he can master his manners.

Due to his shy nature with new friends, we think it's best he be in an adult only home with no other pets. He isn't too keen on dogs and has no history of living with cats. Young children will be too much for this fella, so everyone must be 16+. He would also prefer humans who are home more often than not or work from home.

As much as we adore him, we would love to see him thrive in a home, so if he sounds like the fella for you, head down to the Cranbourne shelter!

Weight: 28Kg

This website is updated in real time at the conclusion of an adoption. There is a chance that while you are enquiring to meet your potential new pet, he or she may already be involved in an adoption process. If this happens, please consider another animals. Thanks for your patience.
