Petey boy is looking for a quiet household where everyone is over the age of sixteen and with no other dogs.
Petey can be a bit shy meeting new people so to set him up for success we are looking for an understanding and patient family. This beautiful boy has responded so well to force free training that we are hoping his new family would like to continue this.
Petey has spent some time in foster care to build up his confidence when left alone. He has come a long way but will need further independence training and a home where there are 6ft colourbond fencing. Please bring in a photo of your fences at the time of adoption.
Petey would thrive in a home where he can be inside when on his own to help him feel safe and secure.
Petey doesn't want to hang out with other dogs and hopes his new adopters will understand this. He chooses to ignore other pooches on walks and potential adopters will need to reward this.
If you have the time and love to give this wonderful soul who just wants his own space that he can thrive in then please head into the adoption center today to meet him!
We do no facilitate adoptions of holds over phone or email. Please bring in the whole household at the time of adoption to avoid disappointment.
This website is updated in real time at the conclusion of an adoption. There is a chance that while you are travelling to meet your potential new pet, he or she may be involved in the adoption process. To avoid your disappointment and inconvenience feel free to phone ahead to discuss the animal you are interested in.
