Introducing Destiny's Child, a true survivor!
This girl has a bit of a sad story but she has defied all the odds thrown against her & is now ready to start her journey in her new forever home.
She arrived with us at only a week or two old with her 4 other siblings, they were placed in neonatal foster care with a staff member where they all needed round the clock bottle feeding.
A few weeks went by & they were all doing well, growing & getting strong, however they then all started getting sick, unfortunately they picked up feline panleukopenia which has a mortality rate 90% among kittens that age.
Despite all her foster carer's best efforts unfortunately she lost all the other siblings to the virus, Destiny remained strong throughout & was very lucky enough to show no symptoms, she must've had a natural immunity.
She is a very special kitten, it is a miracle that she is alive & she is thriving!
After 105 days in foster care, her foster carer falling in love with her, she is now ready to find her new forever home.
She's a little shy and do best in a quiet environment, she loves to play & once she's got her crazy kitten energy out of her system she loves a snuggle.
If you're interested in adopting her come on down to North Melbourne to meet her.
