This is Harrison. He's a cat who's known the harshness of the streets, the loneliness of being abandoned, and the endless search for a place to call home. For the first two years of his life, Harrison lived in survival mode, navigating the dangers of life on the streets without the warmth of a loving family to protect him.
Harrison's journey hasn't been an easy one. His body carries the scars of a life lived in constant uncertainty, but his spirit? His spirit remains unbroken. He's learned to trust again, to believe that love might be possible, even after everything he's been through. But the road to healing is long, and he still carries the fear that he may never be enough to earn the love he craves.
Harrison is incredibly sweet and affectionate. He just needs time and patience to show you how deeply he loves, once he feels safe. His purr is soft, his touch gentle, and when he looks up at you, there's a quiet plea for the companionship he's been missing for so long.
Harrison has tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), which means his immune system is a little more fragile than most, but with the right care and a loving environment, he can live a long, healthy life. He doesn't let this define him, though. He's been through so much, and still, he just wants to love and be loved. He deserves the chance to know what it's like to feel safe and cherished.
Harrison will need someone who understands that his love isn't immediate; it's something that will grow with trust. His heart is still healing from the past, but if you're patient and gentle, you'll discover a companion unlike any other-loyal, quiet, and deeply affectionate.
If you're willing to give this sweet soul a chance at the happiness he so deeply deserves, Harrison will repay you with a love that will change your life.
