A little bit about Tiki

Hi everyone, my name is Tiki!

I am a sweet young lady who is looking for a forever home where I can grow into the best version of myself and spend my whole life going on walks, snoozing in the sun and happily taking any treats off your hands (I'm very considerate).

My human friends at the shelter have described me as a very smart gal who would benefit from adopters who can work on reinforcing my foundational skills and continue my training in the home (I have already mastered the art of sitting!!).

I sometimes get a bit overexcited, so I would love for my new family to help me work on my impulse control and staying calm when meeting new people. I am best suited for a home with secondary school-aged children (12+) but can also live with slightly younger kids if they are comfortable with my size and the possibility of me jumping up to say hello - I promise I'm working on it!!

While I sometimes feel unsure about other dogs, I am definitely open to the idea of having a doggy sibling. However, I believe it's important to have a meet-and-greet first here at the shelter to ensure that we are a perfect match.

I am desperate to get out of the shelter and truly begin my life with my new family. I hope you like the sound of me and give me a chance! I would love to meet you <3

Please come down to the shelter to meet me today!

Tiki xx

*Please ensure any resident dogs and children are present for the meet & greet.*
