Introducing Kuzco,
Our larger than life big goofball!
Kuzco arrived at the shelter through no fault of his own and is finally ready to find his forever home!
He's a young German Shepherd who as you can imagine is full of beans!
Kuzco is best suited to an adults only household where he will get his alone time to chill, as he can get pretty strong & boisterious!
He's shown some really friendly social skills (sometimes TOO friendly & excitable) around other dogs so there is the potential for him to go home with another tolerant dog, though he does need to learn to manage his excitement levels a tad.
Kuzco has been pretty stressed in the shelter environment but he did spend a little time in foster care where he did really well & was a much more chilled out boy!
Kuzco was known to be a bit of an escape artist but showed no evidence of that in his foster home, however, it is important he goes somewhere where his backyard has high & secure fencing & that he's never left outside on his own where he might get a little bored & adventurous! He's a big cuddle bug so definintely needs to be welcomed inside as part of the family!
He's a big strong boy on walks, especially when getting excited around other dogs so needs a harness & a good set of muscles walking him!
Kuzco is a great boy & will make a lovely addition to a new home, he'd appreciate a spacious home with a backyard & an active lifestyle. If you're interested in meeting him come on down to the North Melbourne shelter.
