A little bit about Sweet Pea

Are you ready... are you ready for love...

Well if you are then we got the pooch for you, Sweet Pea is now ready for adoption and requires a very special home.

This little Jack Russell has been surrendered into our care and wishes to go to a relaxed home with older children (secondary-school aged and above).

Sweet Pea is a gentle soul just like her namesake, she is a proper cuddle bug and enjoys being with you all the time!

Whilst in care with us Sweet Pea has undergone surgery for her kneecaps, we have also picked up that she has a heart murmur which our Vet team will give you more information about when you come to meet her. Now you understand why she deserves a special home considering what she has been through, although she is still young at 4 years old and has a fun-filled life ahead of her.

Sweet Pea will need to be the only dog in the home for the time being as she is a little unsure of new dog pals and will react much better through gradual meetings once she has fully settled into your home!

We know that Sweet Pea will receive lots of interest so please make sure you bring you children along to the meet and greet and you come into the shelter nice and early as we do not offer holds.
