Like his namesake from The Doors' classic tune, Rider is a wanderer at heart. He's got that mysterious gleam in his eye, always curious about what's behind the next door or around the next corner. You could say he's a bit of a "rider on the storm," searching for calm skies and a place to rest his paws.

At first, Rider likes to keep a low profile. He might sneak off to explore or find a quiet spot to hide while he checks that the coast is clear but once he decides you're part of his rhythm, his gentle and affectionate nature starts to shine. He's friendly, soft-spoken and surprisingly sweet, especially when he leans into pats or curls up nearby with a quiet purr that sounds like his own little melody.

Rider would love a patient, understanding human who can help him build his confidence and show him that the good life really is indoors and with time, reassurance and a bit of love, this curious boy will settle right into the harmony of home life.
