Meet Mallory <3
Mallory is a 3 year old girl looking for her forever home, where she can live her best life! Found wandering the streets of Sunshine, this beautiful girl has had a rocky path in life and is ready to find her forever family that will keep her safe and give her the love she deserves.
Mallory can be quite shy and unsure of new people, and gets anxious with sudden movements and loud noises. She has spent some time in foster to help build up her confidence, and has done so well. Mallory will best live in a calm, quiet, and routine home with adults/teens only. At first she will be shy and may not present her "best self", but once she gains your trust she is the most affectionate kitty! She will find your lap to snooze on and knead her little mittens away.
A safe room for Mallory is recommended when first bringing her home, to ensure she doesn't become too overwhelmed. Once she is exploring and approaching you for food, play, and attention, she can be slowly introduced to the rest of the house in increments! This lovely lady would much appreciate plenty of appropriate hiding places for her to settle and scope out her new home! Semi-covered cat beds, cat trees, and soft carriers etc. This will help Mallory feel comfortable and safe as a new environment and people can be scary.
Mallory has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, therefore will need to indoors and the only kitty companion in the home (unless also FIV+)
Mallory has a lot of love to give, she just needs a bit of time, do you have the care and patience to give this girl a second chance at life?
