As soon as you step into his pod, Billy immediately starts making you his with endless leg rubs and winding around your feet - he really knows how to turn on the charm.

He also spent time in foster care, where his carers said he did wonderfully. He was affectionate, friendly, and sweet, with just a touch of vocal sass that makes his personality shine even more!

Social and loving, Billy enjoys following his people around the house, always wanting to be part of the action. He will definitely be a kitty who will always be by your side.
