Meet Winchester!

A refined older gentleman with a heart as warm as his favorite sunny spot on the porch. He's mellow, gentle, and has officially retired from all the wild puppy nonsense.

Winchester is a homebody and loves nothing more than lying in a comfy spot, and no matter where he is he will turn anything into a bed. He's so obsessed we're sure you'll find him snoozing on the couch, your bed... even a pile of laundry!

But as much as Winchester loves his bed, he loooves human company even more! He'd be just as happy finding his forever family full of little kids running around, or a quiet older couple who are as retired as he is.

Winchester would even be happy going home with another canine friend, as long as they're on the same wavelength as him and not trying to force him to play all day long. A successful meet and greet is necessary to ensure they get along and won't be fighting over the best nap spots!

This gentle giant is a green flag in a dog. He adores cuddling, and will immediately roll over for belly rubs or lean into you for ear scratches. And if you're lucky, Winchester will show you his amazing tricks! All for a delicious treat, of course.

As an older gentleman, Winchester does have some health waivers that his new family will need to consider, but our staff here at The Lost Dogs Home are more than happy to discuss them with you.
