A little bit about Rosie

Rosie is here and ready to be adopted!

Are you looking for an active puppy to join your household and cause havoc? Rosie is ready to fill the role!

Rosie and her sister came into the shelter as strays. While they have been very well behaved in the shelter, Rosie and Posie will need adopters who can teach them all about living in a house (manners and toilet training!), and how to socialise with other dogs.

Rosie will need an adopter who can take her to puppy school and make sure she is working on her training. She doesn't have many basic skills down, so will need someone who can teach her skills and tricks, and build her a consistent routine.

Because Rosie is part kelpie, she will need an adopter who can keep up with her energy needs. She will need multiple works a day and will ideally have a backyard she can run around in.

Rosie is suitable to live with primary school-aged kids and other dogs. Everyone will need to meet first and make sure they get along! Please make sure everyone comes into the shelter for a meet and greet.

If you would like to adopt Rosie, please come down to our North Melbourne shelter today. She can't wait to meet you!

13kg, with more growing to do!

This website is updated in real time at the conclusion of an adoption. There is a chance that while you are enquiring to meet your potential new pet, he or she may already be involved in an adoption process. If this happens, please consider another animals. Thanks for your patience.
