A little bit about Henry

Say hello to Henry!

This young man is ready and waiting to find his forever home: could that be with you?

At just three years old, Henry is a very active dog who enjoys being active and playing with toys. He will need an adopter who can keep up with his energy levels and make sure he is getting all the physical adn mental enrichment he needs to be a happy boy.

Henry is working on his basic skills and training with the staff at the shelter, but will need an adopter who can continue to work on his training with him. Henry enjoys meeting new people, but is not a super fan of other dogs. He will need to work on gradual introductions to environments with other dogs. Places like dog parks won't be a good idea for Henry until he has settled in at home and built a routine where he is confident.

Henry is a large dog with a beautiful coat. He will need an adopter who can brush his coat and give him the love and attention he deserves.

Henry is suitable to live with secondary school aged-kids or adults. Henry will need to be the only dog in the household. Please make sure everyone in the household comes into the shelter for a meet and greet.
