Say hello to Quinn, a 9-month-old Kelpie cross with more energy than your morning coffee and a personality that's larger than life. This boy is all legs, ears, and enthusiasm, and he's ready to bounce his way straight into your heart (and possibly your laundry basket, your bed, and your snack drawer).
At just under a year old, Quinn is still figuring out the world and while he's got a heart of gold, he's definitely still learning the ropes. Think of him as your classic teenage dog: sweet, social, a little bit awkward, and not always the best at remembering his manners... especially when there's something EXCITING happening (which is always).
Quinn is looking for a home that understands high-energy working breeds and is ready to commit to ongoing, fear-free training. He's eager to learn and wants to do the right thing, he just needs someone to guide him. Lead manners? We're working on it. Confidence? He's building it. Focus? It's coming (especially if there are snacks involved).
With the right support, Quinn will absolutely thrive. He's clever, curious, and wants to be part of the action, especially if the action includes bushwalks, agility, or just a game of backyard fetch.
Quinn would love a home with a well-matched dog pal to wrestle and zoom with and preferably one who's tolerant of his goofy energy and willing to teach him the doggy social rules. He's not aggressive, just a little extra, and could benefit from a calm, confident role model.
Because of his bouncy, wiggly nature (and the occasional joyful body slam), we recommend kids over 10 who are steady on their feet and understand that Quinn's love sometimes comes at full speed.
Does Quinn sound like a good match for your household? If so, come down and meet him today!
