A little bit about Olive

I WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAY 30TH AUGUST AT THE PUPPY ADOPTION DAY HELD AT THE NORTH MELBOURNE LOST DOGS HOME.

An Olive for your thoughts?
Meet the sweet Olive. She is looking for her family and she is ready! She recently spent some time in foster care with 2 adults a cat and a senior dog. This is what they had to say:

"Olive loves her daily walks and has been responding well to verbal commands. We found she loves being around people and animals and loves to sleep in the same room as them. She took a day or two to warm up but then loved everyone, enjoyed playing and loved her naps. We were still working on her manners with treats, but I loved having her!"

Puppies require patience, routine and consistency. They are still learning about toilet training, how to be polite and how to be on their own. This little puppy is still young and needs guidance to grow and thrive. We recommend that they get put into puppy school to help with socialisation as soon as possible. We also recommend that you use treats and toys to help reassure your puppy of the right way to be a dog.

All of our puppies are fed on premium Royal Canin food while at the Shelter and in foster. We recommend that you purchase a bag at the time of adoption (40% off from our friends at Royal Canin) so your new best friend can settle in to the home in the best possible way.

This little baby is still growing and learning so needs enrichment and things to keep them busy so they don't get bored at home.. that's when sneaky chewing can happen!

*Do I sound like the perfect fit for you and your family? Come and adopt me on Saturday the 30th of August!*

This website is updated in real time at the conclusion of an adoption. There is a chance that while you are enquiring to meet your potential new pet, he or she may already be involved in an adoption process. If this happens, please consider another animals. Thanks for your patience.
