A little bit about Doc

Doc is a Staffy x Shepherd mix with the cutest ears you have ever seen! While he may not be the most confident guy at first, once he warms up-his loyalty and love shine through in the most beautiful way.

Doc can be a little unsure around new people, especially men, so he may be more comfortable in a female-led household. That said, we won't rule anyone out, if you're a patient and gentle person (of any gender!) and the meet and greet goes well, we'd love to explore the adoption pathway with you.

Right now, Doc is looking for a calm, adult-only home where he can be the only pet and truly relax. He's not quite ready to share his space with other dogs just yet, but with continued training and confidence building, that may change down the track.

Once you've earned Doc's trust, he's an affectionate, loving companion who'll reward your patience tenfold. He's the kind of dog who forms deep bonds with his people and will be by your side through thick and thin.

We recommend ongoing training to help Doc continue building confidence and learning to navigate the world a little more bravely-he's already made such great progress and just needs the right person to keep cheering him on.
