A little bit about Storm

Say hello to the distinguished gentleman, Storm.

Storm has had a rough few months, his owner unfortunately passed away and ended up here in our care. Are you his new family who can help heal his broken heart?

Storm is a mix is two high energy breeds, German Shepherd and Husky. This means he will need to go to a home with a large yard and isn't suited to apartment living. His new family will need to be that of adults only, who understand this boy will need some time and space to adjust to his new life.

Storm wouldn't mind sharing his new family with another canine companion, pending a meet and greet here at the shelter. Storm is one who loves nothing more than to be in the company of humans so his new family will need to be that of one where someone is home more often than not.

Despite his age, Storm is still a springy boy, who is learning the best place for his 4 paws is on the ground. Once he has settled into his new life, he would love nothing more than his family doing some force free training with him and he would like to remind you you must have plenty of treats on hand for when you do!
