A little bit about Harlan

Meet Harlan!

If you're looking for a SMART, energetic and super goofy dog, keep reading!

Harlan is one special boy. He is super intelligent and has a bunch of tricks up his sleeve. He can sit, stay, drop, roll over and will return and drop the ball at your feet during fetch if you kindly ask him.

He is one smart cookie and as such will need loads of physical and mental enrichment to keep him happy and engaged. He would benefit from a home that have had German Shepherds or a home that understand the needs of active and intelligent breeds.

Harlan is all about big play sessions but once he has tired himself out he is pretty cuddly and enjoys getting cosy with his humans. He would make a great cuddle buddy for these cold evenings.

Harlan has shown us that with a well matched dog he is a friendly guy and wouldn't mind sharing his space with another dog, pending a successful meet and greet. We kindly ask that any kids in the home are secondary aged and above as Harlan is a big shepherd and is a whole lot of dog! He is boisterous and can get very excited when he plays, forgetting his size. He will also need to go home with a compulsory balance harness as when he gets excited he can be very strong on the lead.
