Olive spent some time in foster and this is what her foster parents have to say about her:

This sweet and gentle girl was an absolute dream to foster. She's incredibly relaxed and loves nothing more than being close to her humans. Cuddles are definitely high on her list of priorities! She'll happily snuggle on the couch or try to curl up in your lap like she's still a tiny pup.

She's also incredibly well-behaved. While she had a couple of toilet accidents early on, she picked things up very quickly and now waits patiently by the door when she needs to go outside. On her first day being left alone, she scratched at the door a little, but she settled after that and hasn't shown signs of separation anxiety since.

Olive is very obedient, especially when food is involved! She's great on a lead and responds well to commands. In fact, her foster carers let her off-lead at the beach and the park (a bit cheeky!) and she impressed them with her amazing recall, always coming straight back when called. She rarely barks and has a lovely, gentle energy that makes her a joy to have around.

Olive would do best as the only dog in the household. She's generally fine with other dogs, but she can sometimes get a bit insecure, so if she's going to be socializing with other dogs outside the home, slow and gentle introductions are key. She'd be happy in a home with secondary school-aged children who can respect her space and help her feel safe, but would also thrive in an adult only household where she gets all the love to herself.

If you're looking for a calm, cuddly, and well mannered dog who loves people and will be a devoted companion, Olive could be the perfect addition to your family.
