A little bit about Pudge

Meet Pudge!

Pudge came to the shelter as a scared little puppy, unsure of what was happening in his world. But after spending some time in a loving foster home, he's made incredible progress-and has truly blossomed into a happy, confident pup!

Just a few days in foster care made all the difference. His confidence grew quickly, and he soon revealed his true personality: sweet, cuddly, and full of life.

Pudge is incredibly friendly and loves cuddles! While he's still a young pup with plenty of playful energy, he also knows how to wind down. His favorite thing? Snuggling up on the couch with his carer for a cozy nap-though be warned, he's a bit of a loud snorer!

Pudge absolutely adores people and insists on greeting everyone he sees on walks. Because of his sociable nature, he would be well suited to a home with primary-aged children-though a meet and greet is essential to make sure everyone gets along. He's also shown he can be a friend to other animals, having lived with cats and met some other puppies during his time in care. He will also need to have a meet and greet with any resident dogs too.

Pudge is very food motivated, which made training a breeze! He's already learned "sit" and "stay," and walks beautifully on a lead. He's also doing well with his toilet training, he may just need a little extra encouragement as he adjusts to his new home.

Pudge is looking for a family to love, cuddle, and grow with. Could that be you?
