A little bit about Gus

If you are looking for the definition of "man's best friend", look no further than Gus!

This handsome boy is looking for his new partner in crime, someone who is just as active and clever as he is, who always has dinner on time and knows when it's time for snuggles.

Gus is a VERY smart boy, but he is totally mannerless. This guy is still just a puppy and needs some help with the basics. Building foundational skills and impulse control training is going to be key to fostering a lifetime bond between Gus and his new favourite people. Good news for Gus: that means LOTS of treats!

Pointers are also incredibly intelligent breeds. Not only do they need lots of physical exercise, but they also need plenty of mental stimulation and engagement. Treat puzzles, Kong toys, agility courses - the works!

Gus is best suited to an older household (no young kiddies!) as he's a jumpy man & gets over excited very easily.

He could potentially go home with a very tolerant other dog, pending a successful meet & greet.

Due to being a pointer, he's not suited to going home with cats or smaller animals.
