A little bit about Banjo

Meet Banjo!

Banjo was surrendered into our care when his owner's were no longer able to care/ provide for him. He was very nervous when he came in and quite scared but our staff have been giving him all the TLC in his time here to help him gain his confidence back. He has come a long way and now loves approaching the staff here to say hello and sneak in a quick cuddle. He is ever so gentle and prefers soft, gentle pats and cuddles.

Banjo is looking for his new forever home to be a calm and quiet one where he can be given the time to come out of his shell and let his true colours shine through. From what we know of Banjo he is basically a sweet ol cuddlebug who just loves being around humans, so he is hoping his new people can include him on all the adventures, from camping, hiking, swimming - or anything else!

Ideally his home will be able to provide him with lots of mental and physical enrichment, as he is still quite young and his breed are typically quite active dogs, lots of toys and walks are a must! Banjo can be quite shy and at times a tad nervous, so for this reason it is best he goes to a home where he is the only furry friend in the home for now. As he is well mannered and gentle, he would be great with younger kids, if there are any kiddos in the home, please bring them along for the meet and greet!

If you think Banjo is the perfect dog for you, please come and meet him today!

This website is updated in real time at the conclusion of an adoption. There is a chance that while you are enquiring to meet your potential new pet, he or she may already be involved in an adoption process. If this happens, please consider another animals. Thanks for your patience.
