Playful pup Luna has found her forever home, after owner Paul Hyland fell for the foster care dog.
The Kelpie cross Staffy was on her daily walk with foster carer Steven McLaren when Mr Hyland met her at Richmond’s Cheeky Monkey cafe.
“The day that I was set to return Luna to The Lost Dogs’ Home, a mutual friend of Paul and I told Paul that Luna was going back,” Mr McLaren said.
“It took Paul and his partner about 20 seconds to fall in love with her.”
Luna is now considered the ‘community dog’, and Mr McLaren often visits her at her new owner’s store, Glasshaus Florist.
