Puppy Pre-school at The Lost Dogs’ Home

Puppy Pre-school has arrived at The Lost Dogs’ Home! This fun, hands-on course will give your puppy the skills and confidence to grow into a happy, well-mannered dog.

Early training and appropriate socialisation are important for every puppy. It can help them settle into their new home, learn how to interact with other dogs, and grow into loving family members. Not only does it teach them valuable life skills, it also helps you form a closer bond with your canine friend.

Throughout the Puppy Pre-school course, our expert behaviour trainer will help teach your puppy important skills and manners. Plus, they’ll share advice on puppy behaviour and canine body language.

What you will learn

  • Positive interactions with people and other puppies
  • Basic training skills
  • Identifying and managing behavioural problems
  • Basic body language

Where: The Lost Dogs’ Home Thelma Hoult Training and Education Centre, 13 Gracie Street, North Melbourne.

When: 6.00pm Wednesdays

Duration: One theory class (dog-free) and four practical classes, 60 minutes each

Cost: $130 for the five classes

Baby puppies must be between 8-14 weeks old. Senior puppies must be between 14-24 weeks old. All puppies must be up-to-date with their vaccinations.
