Jade Currie

Qualifications: BSc (Animal Behaviour), Cerificate III in Animal Studies, currently studying Certificate IV Companion Animal Services (Delta Society – Animal Behaviour).

Experience: Jade began her career in animal welfare as a shelter officer in 2014. Jade also worked as a puppy raising co-ordinator at Guide Dogs SA. Jade is an associate member of both APDT and PPGA. Jade moved from her home in Adelaide to work in the Behaviour Department at The Lost Dogs’ Home in 2017. Jade has held volunteer roles at RSPCA SA, Adelaide Zoo,
Monarto Zoo (SA), Canine Behavioural School, Animal Welfare League (SA).

Interests in behaviour training: Jade enjoys the challenge of working with dogs suffering from fear and fear aggression. When Jade isn’t rehabilitating dogs at The Home, she enjoys training other species, such as parrots and chickens!
