Due to Stage 3 restrictions currently in place in Melbourne, our mobile Microchipping and Desexing Initiative (MADI) and all other community events are on hold. Please check back for an update once restrictions have eased. If you have any queries, please email email@example.com
During the year, our team from The Lost Dogs’ Home work with the broader community to promote better pet ownership by empowering the people who care for their companion animals through education and access to affordable pet care services. For the remainder of 2020, our main focus will be continuing to partner with local Councils to deliver our very popular mobile Microchipping and Desexing Initiative (MADI) events.
Join us for a Dogs in the Park behaviour training series on Sunday, 2 February at Craigieburn Dog Park
Come along to either 10am or 11:30am session and learn how to enhance your dog’s experience at parks and public spaces, keeping them happy and safe. The Lost Dogs’ Home behaviour team will take owners and dogs through a one-hour interactive session, where you will learn more on:
– Understanding your dog’s body language and behaviour
– Positive reinforcement training
– Recall at the park
– Play and enrichment ideas at home
The Lost Dogs’ Home behaviour trainers will be on hand to answer your specific questions.
All dogs are welcome. Please ensure they are on-lead and remember to bring some of your dog’s favourite training treats!
This is a free community event and bookings are not required.
Dogs in the Park is proudly presented by Hume City Council and The Lost Dogs’ Home.
