Qualifications: Cert. III in Companion Animal Services & IV Companion Animal Services (Delta Society – Animal Behaviour).
Experience: Emma began her career in animal welfare as an animal attendant at Victorian Animal Aid in 2010. Emma has been working at The Lost Dogs’ Home since 2012. While completing her studies in animal behaviour, Emma worked within two positive reinforcement, force-free dog training organisations, running puppy and adult training classes, and providing in-home behaviour consulting.
Interests in behaviour training: Emma has an interest in teaching dogs practical life skills, to help ensure that they can be included in family activities without stress or frustration. Emma has a passion for clicker training, and enjoys working with dogs at the Home, and her own dog, cats and horse.
