Bonnie is an affectionate young cat with a lot of love to give, but she can be a little nervous to start with. We would love to see Bonnie go to an older household where her family will just let her be herself (a hopefully a smaller version of herself in future). Her new owners will need to watch Bonnie's diet as she has let herself go a little. Bonnie is on a special diet to help reduce her weight and some of this food will go home with her when she is adopted.Bonnie will need some protection from the sun if she is to have access to the great outdoors in order to reduce her risk of sun damage. Bonnie has never lived with another animal prior to coming to The Lost Dog's Home and is finding the environment in the adoptions area a little overwhelming. As such she is staying in an area of the shelter that she finds more comfortable. If you are interested in meeting Bonnie please ask an attendant and they will take you to meet her. She really is worth meeting.
This website is updated in real time at the conclusion of an adoption. There is a chance that while you are travelling to meet your potential new pet, he or she may be involved in the adoption process. To avoid your disappointment and inconvenience feel free to phone ahead to discuss the animal you are interested in.
