With over 11,000 cats and kittens coming into the Home each year – now outnumbering dog admissions – The Lost Dogs’ Home is committed to providing cats and kittens with the highest level of care.

The Lost Cats’ Home will occupy over four times the current area available for cats – providing the space needed to care for cats now and well into the future.

Representing one of the most important achievements the Home has made for cat welfare, your gift to The Lost Cats’ Home will help shape the future for cats and kittens and offer them the very best chance at a happy and healthy life.

In The Lost Cats’ Home, each cat and kitten will be housed in individual ‘cat condos’. Featuring temperature controls and separate ventilation systems, the state of the art condos have already proven to limit the spread of cat flu – saving lives of cats and kittens.

Features and benefits of The Lost Cats’ Home:

  • • Individual air space
  • • Significant reduction in incidence of cat flu
  • • Separates cats from dogs
  • • ‘Stand alone’ shelter raises profile of cats – leading to higher reclaim rates
  • • Fully air conditioned space
    •    Individual temperature controls
  • • Easy to clean and more hygienic condos
  • • Over four times the space currently available to house cats
  • • Much quieter, less stressful environment

We are very excited about The Lost Cats’ Home and what it will mean for cats and kittens in our care. We have the opportunity to turn their lives around and give them the care they deserve. We hope you are able to join us by making a gift towards The Lost Cats’ Home.
