Update: October 12, 2009 – Nigel has now been adopted.

Two year old Pomeranian mix Nigel sustained a facial trauma at a very young age.

Although completely recovered, Nigel has been left with a crooked little face, which only adds to this gentle boy’s charm.

“Nigel is very lovable and adores everyone he meets and smaller dogs. We can’t be sure, but believe his injury may have been a result of a large dog attack, as he is unsure and wary around big dogs,” says the Home’s General Manager Sue Conroy.

“His typically fluffy and thick coat is brittle and dry, which suggests he has not been cared for or fed properly by his previous owner. We are confident that in a happier new home, his coat will improve.”

Nigel is available to adopt from our North Melbourne shelter, and is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and health checked. Please call (03) 9329 2755 and quote tag number 844230 if you would like to adopt him.
