Please help feed stray and unwanted pets

This Christmas you can help feed thousands of stray and unwanted dogs and cats that will be rescued by The Lost Dogs’ Home in 2009.

Please purchase some extra tins and/or bags of pet food when you are next shopping at Safeway and place them in our donation bins in store and make a difference to the lives of dogs and cats in need.

For the past twenty years Safeway, along with the generous support of their customers, have helped us feed 20,000 dogs and cats every year – that’s approximately $100,000 worth of pet food.

Please support this important appeal this Christmas, a donation of food makes a real and positive difference to our ability to care for animals.  It not only helps feeds abandoned dogs and cats, but also means we can direct much needed funds into other vital services such as the animal ambulance, veterinary services and our adoption program.
