Life's a beach for Buckley

 

Buckley bounds along the sand

Now six months old, Buckley is growing in stature and confidence.

These days Buckley races along the beach with his two Labrador friends without a care in the world.

No longer the shy, wary pup who captured the hearts of Australia after having his ears and tail hacked off in a shocking act of cruelty on July 11, Buckley has grown in both stature and confidence.

Owner Madeline and her family often spend time at the beach with Buckley, who loves the water and covering himself in sand. “He’s often recognised by other dog owners and even people on the street – they stop and ask for photos, so he’s keeping himself in the spotlight!”

Madeline and Buckley continue to participate in training with Planet K9 and keep in contact with us.
