The Lost Dogs’ Home is always looking to align with like-minded organisations interested in making a difference to the welfare of unwanted animals in Australia. Whether it be in the form of a partnership, community fundraising event, direct financial contribution or an in-kind donation, the Home welcomes support from both the business world and community organisations.
Cash Donations
Organisations can make tax deductible donations to The Lost Dogs’ Home as well as to our special projects such as our Capital Works program or Surgery Fund. Substantial contributions will be recognised in the appropriate way.
Partnerships
An opportunity exists for like-minded organisations to partner with The Lost Dogs’ Home. We are interested in partnering with companies that support and share our long-term vision to reduce the incidence of stray, and abandoned animals. Our marketing department is happy to discuss partnership proposals with suitable organisations.
Corporate Fundraisers
The Lost Dogs’ Home is supported by the community, businesses and schools through fundraising events such as sausage sizzles, concerts, pet parades, collection drives, raffles, dog walks and casual dress days, just name a few. The Lost Dogs’ Home is grateful for this support and is happy to assist with such events wherever possible. Some ways in which we can provide help include:
- Brochures / promotional material
- Supply of logo (must be approved by management)
- Provision of free pet tags (for larger scale events)
- Web link where appropriate.
