“I adopted Buffy, a Maltese cross, from the Lost Dogs’ Home on Christmas Eve last year. I already had two dogs, but when I saw Buffy on dogshome.com, I just knew she had to be mine.
She has been such a joyous addition to my family. My other two dogs, Xander and Anya, came to me when they were puppies. I hadn’t really thought about getting an older dog. Buffy was already trained and all she wants is to be close to me and to be loved.

The accompanying photos Betsy sent certainly show that Buffy is enjoying her new life. She has a caring, loving owner and two willing playmates in Xander and Anya.
Dogs and pups adopted from The Lost Dogs’ Home are vaccinated, wormed, desexed, microchipped and heartworm tested. Those adopted from our North Melbourne shelter also receive a free Planet K9 training session.
